The new training program - Week 2 - Session 3 - Day 12
I am over the top! At least I think I am.....
Both regarding the training and the diet.
Today I did the last session on the second week of the new trainings program.
During this weeks training, the soreness in the body has been a minumum. Yes, I still feel that it is a new trainings program, training different muscles that I normally do. And, even though I still find it tough and hard to do some of the exercises, I still feel that I am over the worst. The training feels good afterwards. And it feels inspiring to think about the coming results.
By the way.... I promised that I would present the trainings program for you. I have spent all day on wednesday to reformat and rewrite the program that I am using, so that you may get a program that you can use, not only to do the exercises, but also to keep track of your advances and your diet. As soon as I am finished with version 1, I will publish it for you to download.
Over the top.....
Well, regarding the physical wellnes and the diet that I now enforce. I think I am over the top here aswell. I have less headaches. And I also feel that my energy levels are more constant.
Before I started this program, I was often feeling drained of energy after a days work. I compensated this by a glass of soda, or even energy drinks.
Now, I feel my blood suger level are more in balance, and my energy doesn't peak, as it did before, after the sugar rush. Now, I have a more constant and balanced blood sugar level. At least I think I do, since I haven't really measured it. But I feel like I have a somewhat lower, but more steady energy level. And that is great!
