The new training program - Week 1 - Session 3 - Day 5
It feels like a victory! I have now done all 3 parts of the new training program for the first week. But my body is feeling soar. It could be worse, but I really feel and walk like an old man.
The main reason I feel like an old man is the leg exercises on wednesday. Doing the exercises in this program, I realize that there is many muscles in the body that I normally not use that much. And the exercises for the legs has led me to become a bit set.
I guess it didn't help much that I also went for a pretty long cross country walk of 7,5 km in the sunshine. It was a lovey walk, but it might have been to overdo it a bit.
The new diet
Since I also, at the same time, stopped to eat carbs and sugar, I also feel a bit unfocused and have had quite a lot of headache. I believe this is the consequences of stopping with the carbs and sugar. Withdrawal symptoms if you like.
But I don't really have any problem avoiding the drink and the food I had before. I eat a lot of sallad, root vegetables, beans, berries, fruits, nuts and off course - chia pudding. And it works much better than I thought it would.
One week done - at least 11 more weeks to go! :-)
