What I mean is if there is any limit to what you can give to other people?
Whatever we do, it takes energy, right? My experience is that if we try to get as much as possible done on one and the same day, we get into a state that makes us stressed. And sometime during the day, most of us will surely discover that we have written down too many things on our todo-list that we would want to have done during the day - again!
This takes the quite a lot of energy from us. Being stressed from not having the time to do everything or being behind is negative stress and it takes A LOT of energy. To discover that you will not have the time to do everything you have planned can be interpreted as a failure for many people. Failures also take A LOT of energy.
One of the things I experience gives me more energy back to me than anything else is when I can help someone else. What adds extra is when I find that I have been able to contribute to another's life so that they succeed, get opportunities or create new conditions in their lives.
That! - if something gives me energy!
So if it takes energy from us to put up a lot of things on a list and not being able to finish everything, and maybe fail ... But it gives energy to contribute to the lives of other people. Hmmm ...
How much can you give to others ????
For every thing you do for others, you'll also get back by feeling good and getting more energy. Is there any limit to how much we can give and contribute to the lives of other people? Can we give any kind of gratitude to other people, or do we endorse ourselves?
I think there is a physical limitation for how much we can contribute for each single day, but the energy we get from seeing other people's joy and gratitude fills us so that we can continue to contribute to the lives of other people and prosperity endlessly.
Think of Mother Theresa or Princess Diana. Do you think they asked how much they could contribute to others and when they would end doing that? Hardly! These are two of the vast numbers of people living to contribute to other people. Another example that has influenced me to a great extent and that changed my life fundamentally to what I am today - which has given me the opportunity to contribute in a concrete way to other people's lives is Anthony Robbins.
I find that he is a person who truly continues to give and give and give. He does it in his way, which may not suit everyone, but my experience is that he is sincere and honest in his ambition to help people to get the most out of their life and fully live their lives. That's exactly what it's all about - How you want to live the only life you have.
Do you want to stress through all the things you should do, or would you rather do fewer things, but do the best you can at each thing you do? Do you want to do everything for your own gain or do you want to give to others ??
How do YOU want to live your life ??
Live passionately and take care every day
