This e-book contains a 12 weeks intensive training program, which was used by Zac Efron, preparing for his role in the blockbuster movie Baywatch.
The program is a 3-day program, wich one day of rest between each day of training. There are 8 - 10 exercises for each day, combined into a superset of two different exercises, matching each other. One being more explosive, and the other being more slow and gradual in its execution.
